Get outside every day, take some deep breaths, pay attention to the trees, the plants, the birds in your yard or garden, a nearby park, or lining the sidewalks. Naturopathic and Chinese medicine are both grounded in a connection to nature and it’s rhythms. In a modern hurried life where we are more often connecting with computer and TV screens than the world around us, being outside in nature is one of the simplest, most inexpensive ways to heal our bodies and souls.
