Dr. Nickels does accept some insurance. She is a preferred provider on the following plans:
- Premera Blue Cross
- Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Card
- Lifewise of Washington
- Lifewise of Oregon
- PacificSource Health Plans
If you have coverage through one of these plans, make sure that your particular plan has naturopathic and/or acupuncture coverage. If you have other insurance that covers out-of-network providers for acupuncture or naturopathic, Dr. Nickels will be happy to bill your plan as well. Please remember to bring your insurance card to your first visit.
If you will not be using insurance, a discount of 20% is available for payment at the time of your visit. Additionally, if you are interested in acupuncture, Dr. Nickels offers community acupuncture at a sliding scale of $20-35 per visit. Please visit the community acupuncture page for more information.
